Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Property Project Manager to deliver development and refurbishment projects across the pub estate. This field-based role covers Scotland and parts of the North East England, focusing on on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

You will work with operations and senior stakeholders to drive value, maintain brand standards, and promote best practices in design, build, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-site property projects in hospitality or property development.
• Strong planning, organisation and project implementation skills.
• Ability to analyse problems, make decisions and deliver under pressure.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting recommendations.
• Knowledge of property asset management and maintaining operational effectiveness.
• Professional qualification preferred (RICS, CIOB, Engineering or similar).

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple property projects on time, within budget and to design briefs.
• Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Champion design and construction cost control to maximise value.
• Support value engineering to improve quality and cost outcomes.
• Establish and promote best practice across design, build and delivery processes.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in construction and development.
• Ensure projects comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to achieving financial, customer and operational excellence objectives across the estate.
