ProFind Property Recruitment is seeking a reliable Property Inspection Clerk in South West London. You will visit managed residential properties, carry out routine inspections, take photos and produce clear reports for the Property Management team.

The role is largely field-based with independence, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage your diary and coordinate with tenants. A full UK driving licence is required and car allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail to spot property issues.
• Professional and confident dealing with tenants.
• Able to produce clear, written inspection reports.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for photographs, reports and communication.
• Able to manage your own diary and workload effectively.
• A full UK driving licence holder.
• Experience in property lettings, management or inspections is an advantage but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Carry out routine inspections across a portfolio of managed residential properties.
• Take clear photographs and produce accurate written inspection reports.
• Identify and report property concerns (damage, damp, mould, leaks, general conditions).
• Check smoke and carbon monoxide alarms where required.
• Report maintenance or property concerns promptly to the Property Management team.
• Meet tenants and provide a professional point of contact during property visits.
• Assist with move-in and move-out checks as required.
• Key collection and delivery when required.
• Ensure property records and inspection information are up to date.
• Manage your diary to complete inspections within required timescales.
