Job summary

BCT Resourcing is recruiting a Property Inspections Clerk for a field-based role covering Upminster and surrounding areas. You will visit residential properties to carry out inspections, assess condition, and produce detailed reports for landlords and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organisation, and clear communication with tenants and landlords, with full training provided and a Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00 pattern.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle due to field-based nature of the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-tenancy inspections and compile detailed condition reports on tablet software.
• Carry out mid-tenancy inspections and produce structured reports for landlords.
• Identify and document maintenance or condition issues and liaise with Property Managers.
