Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Plumbing & Heating Service Engineer (Commercial/Residential) based in Thame. The role offers £45,000 - £50,000 plus a company vehicle, fuel card, profit share, overtime, training, technology package and generous holiday entitlement.

You will take ownership of defects from initial report to resolution, diagnose faults across plumbing and heating systems, and attend planned maintenance visits or reactive callouts while liaising with customers

Qualifications

Experience in plumbing and heating service, maintenance or fault diagnosis.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of defects from initial report through to resolution.
Monitor incoming service requests and assess urgency and priority.
Arrange and attend planned maintenance visits and reactive callouts.
Liaise directly with customers, contractors and end users to arrange access and attendance.
Diagnose faults across plumbing, heating and associated mechanical systems.
Carry out repairs, replacements and remedial works safely and efficiently.
Aim to achieve first-visit resolution wherever practical.
