Job summary

YPT is seeking a driven PT Performance Coach to join our growing network, field-based with regular travel to partner clubs. You will coach personal trainers one-to-one and in groups, helping them fill their diaries, grow income and build lasting businesses across partner clubs.

You will travel across your defined region, liaise with clubs, support onboarding and launches, and contribute to Your Academy CPD. The role offers strong OTE and clear progression into senior and national positions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a practising personal trainer with Level 3 PT qualification or higher.
• Ability to coach individuals and groups and motivate performance.
• Excellent communication and diary management using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one coaching to PTs and run regional hub sessions and events.
• Own retention as the headline metric, monitor performance using dashboards and CRM data.
• Liaise with clubs to ensure site inductions and onboarded PTs; support onboarding and contract launches.
• Ensure PTs are onboarded onto coaching, booking and payment platforms and access CPD via Your Academy.
