Job summary

Evri is expanding its Out-of-Home network and is seeking an experienced Out-of-Home Network Operations Manager for the South region. You will lead the operational delivery, partner with senior teams and drive performance across budgets, service and cost targets.

In this field-based role, you will shape how the OOH network grows, optimize routes and locations, and build capability across Area Partnership and Field teams while ensuring safe, reliable parcel delivery nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a multi-million-pound operational budget across multiple cost lines.
• Significant experience within large-scale final-mile delivery operations, ideally at network or national level.
• Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of cost, service and operational performance.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and the confidence to challenge, influence and drive action.
• A customer-focused approach, balancing service with commercial and operational requirements.
• Confidence working with data, MI and digital dashboards to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• A current UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery and ongoing development of our OOH network, ensuring successful implementation of New Orleans and embedding learnings as the network continues to grow.
• Own regional OOH performance, budgets and CPU targets, driving service, cost efficiency, profitability and year-on-year improvements.
• Partner with Area Delivery, Partnership and Field teams to embed the OOH proposition, build capability and ensure consistent operational performance.
• Shape an efficient and scalable OOH network, working with Planning teams to optimise routes, sortation, collections and the operational integration of new locations.
• Lead supplier and operational performance, working with Commercial, Finance, Performance and negotiation teams to set targets, resolve service challenges and deliver continuous improvement.
• Drive the future OOH operating model, using MI, automation and process improvement to support the continued expansion of our ParcelShop and locker network.
