Yard Sale Pizza is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple London shops. You will coach Shop Managers, develop management teams, and ensure world-class pizza, service and commercial performance.

This field-based role involves regular travel between shops, attendance at meetings, and hands-on leadership to ensure every location delivers the Yard Sale Pizza standard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations in a fast-paced hospitality or quick-service restaurant.
• Strong track record of managing profits, costs and people development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead five Yard Sale Pizza shops to deliver operational excellence and profitability.
• Coach and develop management teams to build high-performing, accountable teams.
• Own sales, labour, food costs and overall P&L across your shops, driving action plans.
