Job summary

Dawsongroup EMC is seeking a Mobile Engineer to service and repair our specialist assets in the field. You will respond to breakdowns, carry out servicing, PMI inspections and major repairs, and keep customers operational while maintaining a safety-first approach.

Your background in hydraulics, pneumatics and gearboxes across HGV, plant or forklift equipment, plus diesel engine work and electrical troubleshooting, will help you work independently with confidence and complete electronic job

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and gearbox systems on HGV, plant or forklift equipment.
Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and electrical troubleshooting.
Proficiency with plant or fleet diagnostic equipment and recording completed work electronically.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across our specialist EMC assets and equipment.
Carry out servicing, PMI inspections, minor repairs and major repair work as required.
Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults across hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Manage your workload and vehicle stock, completing electronic job records accurately and on time.
Work closely with colleagues, supervisors and our service desk while maintaining a safety first approach.
