Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is recruiting a Lift Repair Engineer to support customers across the United Kingdom. You will maintain a portfolio of lifts and escalators, ensuring passenger safety and reliability while working on a range of repair activities.

The role requires an NVQ level 3 in escalator service/maintenance/repair, a valid driver’s license, and at least 24 months in the elevator sector. You will operate with a strong safety focus and be comfortable communicating with customers on-site.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
• Driver's license required.
• At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
• Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for planned repair work across a territory, from minor to major repairs and refurbishments.
• Work on contractual repairs and quoted repair work.
• Liaise directly with customers on-site and build a good working relationship.
