Job summary

Fuller’s is hiring a Learning & Development Trainer to support pubs and hotels nationwide. The role focuses on delivering engaging workshops, coaching teams, and driving performance through practical learning solutions.

You’ll work with operational leaders on refurbishment projects and use Attensi to extend learning beyond sessions. You’ll need experience in training delivery, with a passion for developing people and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops or development programmes in an operational environment.
• Experience coaching managers and teams to improve capability and engagement.
• Passion for developing people, able to engage and inspire learners.
• Hospitality or multi-site customer-facing background is advantageous.
• Experience with learning technology platforms such as Attensi is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face workshops and development programmes across Fuller’s estate.
• Coach managers and teams to improve performance and customer experience.
• Support training during investment, refurbishment and reopening projects.
• Facilitate core L&D programmes and support key business initiatives.
• Promote and maximise use of the Attensi digital learning platform.
• Identify learning needs with operational leaders and provide practical solutions.
• Represent the Be the Difference service culture across the business.
