Job summary

Unipart Group is seeking an Operational Performance Improvement Consultant to support external clients at sites and on projects. You will manage delivery of project deliverables within timeframes and budgets, and help establish strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience, with a proven ability to drive Operational Excellence through data analysis and business cases, plus excellent communication to transfer knowledge and engage

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement – proven capability of process design and process improvement.
• Experience of delivering Operational Excellence including data analysis and business cases to drive tangible results.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and knowledge transfer sessions - excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence with, and competence in, dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels - ability to build credible relationships.
• A high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving capability - ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Strong planning, organising, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery of the specific project deliverables at sites and / or clients assigned, within allotted timeframes and within the agreed project budgets
• Developing strong relationships with key client management at operational and senior levels
• Leading or supporting project leads, Senior Consultants, and Business Development team in client reviews, scoping activities and client proposals
• Identifying on-selling opportunities and working with the Senior consultancy team to articulate the opportunity and create proposals
