Flogas Britain seeks a Health & Safety Support Manager to back the Head of Occupational Health & Safety in delivering robust HSE systems across Distribution to Production. The role requires field-based presence with travel, a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, and proven HSE leadership.

You will guide senior management on safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and drive risk reduction while aligning with industry standards and company goals for safer operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HSE related legislation and standards.
• Strong investigation and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Coaching and delivering behavioural improvement within multi-site HSE environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and travelling as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide health, safety, security and environmental guidance to senior management and teams across regions.
• Act as primary HSE contact, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance and risk mitigation.
• Lead implementation and monitoring of critical HSE systems and ensure compliance with standards.
• Foster a positive safety culture through visible leadership and alignment with local challenges.
