Job summary

Equans is hiring a Mobile Combustion Engineer to cover the Midlands, with a permanent, full-time role across Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. The role includes a company vehicle and benefits package, plus opportunities for overtime on a Midlands Mobile contract.

You will carry out maintenance on boilers and gas systems, complete documentation, and keep CAFM records up to date. A DBS check and full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Industry qualifications required (domestic and commercial gas safety).
• Experience with boilers, gas safety and combustion analysis is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• DBS Enhanced check with Barred Lists is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on commercial and domestic gas systems across Midlands sites.
• Record work details in CAFM system and inform contract administrator of progress.
• Participate in on-call rota and highlight site improvements.
• Complete PPM, reactive and breakdown tasks with timely reporting.
