Job summary
Birmingham-based Mobile Combustion Engineer role with a large FM group. Service commercial boilers and gas equipment across Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent and nearby Midlands sites, handling PPMs, breakdowns and real-time CAFM updates.
Applicants should hold City & Guilds Level 3 Plumbing and gas safety qualifications; a full driving licence is required. Salary £40,000–£43,000 with van, fuel card, tools, 24 days holiday and pension. Career progression opportunities available.
Qualifications
- A recognised industry qualification is required.
- Extensive gas safety certifications are preferred.
- Commercial/industrial boiler experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service commercial boilers and gas equipment across multiple sites.
- Complete PPM, reactive and breakdown tasks with accurate documentation.
- Update CAFM system with job statuses and times in real time.
- Participate in on-call rota and assist with site improvements.
