Job summary

Global Fire and Security Systems is seeking Installation Engineers for field-based work covering East and West London and the Midlands to install and service Ansul R102 fire suppression systems.

You will work on-site at customer locations such as schools, pubs and hotels, with driving responsibilities and day/night shifts as required. A strong emphasis on customer service and safety is expected, with opportunities for training and career development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of installing Ansul R102 systems
• Previous experience in a customer-based environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Strong work ethic
• Willing to work day and night shifts when required
• Occasional overnight stays when necessary
• Able to work variable hours to suit client needs
• Able to work at heights up to 3 metres and lift up to 25 kg
• Ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Install fire suppression systems at customer sites (schools, pubs, hotels)
• Carry out remedials and upgrades of R102 Ansul systems
• Undertake site surveys
• Own allocated projects and complete site activity, audits and paperwork to standards
• Produce site reports including weekly project status
• Manage and order stock from remote locations
• Liaise with onsite contractors and management
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure H&S and company policies are followed
