Qualifications

• Background as an electrician or electrical engineer.
• Experience working on-site in the electrical sector.
• Open to assessors or electricians moving into off-the-tools roles.
• Assessing qualification beneficial but not essential.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assess electrical apprentices in the workplace.
• Carry out site visits, reviews and progress tracking.
• Support learners through their qualification and development.
• Work closely with employers to ensure standards are met.
• Some involvement in training delivery where required.
