Job summary

Find. is seeking an Electrician / Electrical Engineer – Training Officer / Assessor to support apprenticeship delivery in Hull and surrounding areas.

The role involves assessing electrical apprentices in the workplace and tracking progress with local patch responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have an electrical background with on-site experience, hold a full UK driving licence, and be open to moving into a training/assessor role (TAQA/A1 beneficial).

Qualifications

• Background as an electrician/electrical engineer.
• Experience working on-site within the electrical sector.
• Assessing qualification beneficial (TAQA/A1) but not essential.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assess electrical apprentices in the workplace.
• Carry out site visits, reviews and progress tracking.
• Support learners through their qualification and development.
• Work closely with employers to ensure standards are met.
• Some involvement in training delivery where required.
