Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking an Electrical Training Officer / Assessor to support apprenticeship delivery in the Hull area. You will assess apprentices in the workplace and collaborate with employers.

The role offers a salary up to £40,000, a Monday–Friday pattern and a local patch with field travel. This is ideal for someone stepping off the tools into a flexible, field-based trainer position.

Qualifications

• Electrical background with on-site experience in the electrical trades.
• Assess apprenticeships (TAQA/A1) is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assess electrical apprentices in the workplace.
• Carry out site visits, reviews and progress tracking.
• Support learners through their qualification and development.
• Work closely with employers to ensure standards are met.
• Some involvement in training delivery when required.
