CHEP is seeking a Field‑Based Multi‑Skilled Engineer to support service centres across the Daventry region. You’ll maintain, fault‑find, and improve automated equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and high performance across multiple sites.

Based in Daventry with cover for Litchfield and nearby sites, you’ll work a 37.5‑hour week, Monday to Friday, and enjoy the company’s strong benefits package including a 10% annual bonus, pension enhancements, a company van, healthcare, life assurance, and

Qualificações

• Strong electrical bias with relevant electrical qualifications.
• Multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in safety-critical or automated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver proactive and reactive maintenance across multiple CHEP facilities
• Diagnose faults and conduct root cause analysis
• Drive continuous improvement across equipment and maintenance processes
• Support site reliability initiatives and implement corrective actions
• Assist with project work, upgrades, and change initiatives
• Use CMMS to log, track, and manage maintenance tasks
• Supervise contractors and issue work permits
• Ensure all work is completed safely per CHEP standards
