Job summary

Local Charity Horsham is seeking an Outreach Advisor to work on a 7-month fixed-term contract in Horsham. You will be out in the community, meeting residents, attending events and making home visits when needed, providing practical advice and connecting people to local services.

You will focus on benefits, budgeting, housing and employment support, while building relationships with local groups and partners to broaden access to help.

Qualifications

• Experience in advice, community support, outreach or customer service.
• Able to travel within local community.
• Good listener and communicator.
