Responsibilities

• Work out in the local community, meeting residents in various settings and attending talks and events.
• Conduct one-to-one appointments and occasional home visits to support residents with benefits, budgeting, housing and employment options.
• Build relationships with local charities, community groups and partner organisations to create a network of support.
• Help individuals take positive steps forward and make a real difference in the community.
