Job summary

Attega Group Ltd is recruiting a Commercial Sales Manager to secure profitable work across the commercial, industrial, public-sector and construction markets. You will own the full sales process from identifying opportunities, building relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating estimates and proposals, negotiating terms and supporting handover to operations.

The role is field-based in Woolpit with office elements, working Monday to Friday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial sales or business development.
• Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised pipeline and diary management.
• UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach target contractors, developers, facilities managers, consultants, property groups, utilities, local authorities and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline, with accurate values, stages, next actions, probabilities and expected order dates.
• Develop long‑term relationships with decision-makers and become a trusted point of contact for drainage and civils requirements.
• Attend sites, understand the problem, gather accurate information and work with estimating and operations to establish a practical scope.
• Set an effective weekly structure covering prospecting, meetings, site visits, quotations, follow‑ups and account development.
• Keep records and forecasts current, follow up when promised and communicate problems early.
