Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager (Leisure Homes / Field) with a remote, field-based setup and travel across the North East. The role offers a base salary of £35,000 plus commission, training, progression and a company car.

You will manage your own desk, identify and win new business opportunities, and oversee the full sales cycle while developing existing client relationships on the road across a regional patch.

Qualifications

• Business Development Manager or similar
• Interest in selling Leisure Homes
• Looking for a Field based role

Responsibilities

• Sell Leisure Homes and associated products to a broad client base
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build and further develop existing accounts
• Manage entire sales cycle, working on several projects simultaneously
• Cover a regional patch across the North West
• Uncapped commission, and the chance to manage your own workload
