Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager (Leisure Homes / Field) to cover a remote North West patch. You will sell Leisure Homes to a diverse client base, manage the full sales cycle, and enjoy uncapped commission in a flexible, field-based role.

The role offers a starting salary of £35,000 plus commission, training, progression, a company car and comprehensive benefits. You will work autonomously with a strong emphasis on building relationships and driving growth

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience is essential.
• Knowledge or interest in Leisure Homes.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Sell Leisure Homes and related products to a broad client base.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Build and develop existing accounts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle across multiple projects.
• Cover the North West regional patch.
