Job summary

DF Capital is seeking a proactive Risk Auditor to join our field-based team across the UK. You will perform audits of customer portfolios, plan and report findings, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to tailor risk controls.

You will analyse financial documentation on-site, prioritise workloads, and contribute to the development of Audit and Risk frameworks. Excellent communication, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure are essential in our dynamic lending environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform field-based audits across our portfolio.
• Proactively execute day-to-day audit work, including planning and reporting.
• Report risks identified on a timely basis with accurate information and delivery.
• Improve the efficiency and accuracy of our processes by supporting the ongoing development of Audit and Risk frameworks and procedures.
• On-site extended audit analysis of financial documentation to provide a clearer picture of our client’s financial accounts.
• Prioritize workloads to meet changing business needs and demands.
• Assist with management of risk around the business via adherence to operational systems and processes.

Requirements

Our Risk team sits at the heart of the business, overseeing all aspects of the customer journey from consideration to recovery.

You’ll join the DF Capital Risk team performing field-based audit examinations for current customers, reporting your findings back to the risk and relationship teams enabling them to make informed decisions. You will be diligent and respectful in your approach, spotting issues early and enabling the risk team to tailor financial solutions that best fit our customers. You will also collaborate with other teams including Sales and Operations.
