Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in technical sales or Field Application Engineer organizations.
• Deep expertise in hardware emulation and FPGA prototyping for SoC/ASIC design.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Application Engineer team execution across technical sales activities for assigned portfolio and product line.
• Guide evaluations and customer engagements with strong knowledge of emulation, offload and hybrid flows, prototyping, DFT, and power-aware verification methodologies.
• Present technical value and business impact—including ROI, time-to-market, and productivity gains—to customers and executives.
• Define success criteria for technical engagements and ensure competitive differentiation.
• Partner with Sales and Account Directors on opportunity planning and multi-year strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities, customer requirements, and competitive trends; provide feedback to Marketing and R&D.
