Job summary

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council’s Into Work Advice Service is seeking a Programme Support role to assist the Programme Manager in leading a small team of Fidelity and Compliance Officers across the Connect to Work Programme. The post focuses on applying fidelity standards, reviewing practice and gathering evidence for fidelity reviews in line with DWP guidelines.

The role involves monitoring KPIs against targets, ensuring continuous service improvement across 10 local authorities in South East

Qualifications

Experience supervising others and coaching.
Working knowledge of Fidelity Scales within employability support.
Experience with unemployed job seekers and upskilling.
Experience of multi-agency partnership working.
Experience of externally funded programmes.
Ability to produce progress reports for Senior Managers.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a small team of Fidelity and Compliance Officers.
Monitor fidelity standards across the Connect to Work Programme.
Review practice and gather evidence for fidelity reviews per DWP guidelines.
Track KPIs and drive continuous service improvement across 10 local authorities.
Prepare and present progress reports for Senior Managers, funders and government bodies.
