Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Operative in Sevenoaks for a permanent, full-time role. You will contribute to fabrication and assembly of specialist components using fibreglass in a hands-on workshop environment.

The position requires 1-3 years of workshop experience, strong measuring skills, and a practical mindset. You will work Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30, with a salary around £30,000 (DOE) and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' workshop or site-based experience.
• Strong numerical and measuring skills.
• Practical mindset with good problem-solving ability.
• Physically capable of manual handling.
• Willingness to learn specialist fabrication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, marking, and cutting materials accurately.
• Assembling and bolting components (non-welding environment).
• Working from drawings and measurements.
• Handling and manoeuvring heavier materials safely.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
