Job summary

Vorboss is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent service. You will be the main contact from sign-up to completion, coordinating with sales, build and networks, and learning complex processes to deliver quality outcomes.

The role requires strong project management, customer service excellence, adaptability, and collaboration across teams in a fast-growing telecoms environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects end-to-end.
• Strong track record in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Willingness to upskill and learn technical fibre concepts.
• Experience coordinating across sales, build and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of customer orders from onboarding to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact, building strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate multi-project delivery to ensure timely, flawless outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with installations and technical aspects of orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Identify blockers and drive resolution to prevent churn.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain accurate records.
