Job summary

NetPMD in the United Kingdom invites applicants for a Careers Success Manager to drive fiber network projects from initiation to delivery. You will orchestrate client communications, manage PMO reporting, and coordinate with third parties to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher preferred.
PM certification preferred or equivalent.
US-based experience preferred.
Experience managing teams or 3rd parties.

Responsibilities

Provide exemplary project communication and adhere to project / jurisdictional requirements ensuring successful fiber network integration
Follow up and problem escalation to correct parties ensuring smooth fiber network operations
Intervention and troubleshooting in customer/supplier issues related to fiber network projects
Interface to the PMO for reporting on fiber network project progress
Managing third party providers(3PP)
Tracking fault resolutions to ensure fiber network reliability
Support business development in new fiber network design and integration activities
