Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary project communication and adhere to project / jurisdictional requirements ensuring successful fiber network integration

Customer Success Managers

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary project communication and adhere to project / jurisdictional requirements ensuring successful fiber network integration
• Follow up and problem escalation to correct parties ensuring smooth fiber network operations
• Intervention and troubleshooting in customer/supplier issues related to fiber network projects
• Interface to the project management office (PMO) for reporting on fiber network project progress
• Managing third party providers(3PP)
• Tacking fault resolutions to the end, ensuring fiber network reliability
• Support of business development function in new business activities related to fiber network design and integration, as required

Education

• Associate degree or greater preferred
• PM certification
• US based with US experience
• Managing teams and/or 3rd parties
• The ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Willingness to learn and drive good practice
• High level review of scope changes – training will be provided

Experience

• Ability to prioritize and organize workloads to meet deadlines
• Supplier Management: ability to communicate and deal effectively with third parties to ensure that external dependencies are adequately managed
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in fiber networks/service provider sector
• Customer-facing experience
• Relationship management

Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Good documentation and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Competency with PM reporting tool. Project online preferred
