Job summary

Manchester City Football Club is seeking an Infrastructure Development Project Manager based at our CFA HQ in Manchester. This full-time fixed-term role will lead the delivery of varied infrastructure projects through to September 2027, coordinating planning, budgets, contracts and project teams to meet timescales and quality standards.

You will manage capital budgets, financial modelling, tenders and oversee costs from inception to completion, ensuring bespoke solutions are commercially sound

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects involving construction, installation or renovation activity.
• Ability to plan and control project budgets, including financial modelling and cost reporting.
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts and CDM, including the responsibilities of the Client.
• Ability to develop requirements briefs, manage tenders and coordinate project teams to deliver programme, specification and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction, installation and renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Shape project plans, briefs and budgets, informing decisions with business and industry intelligence.
• Coordinate project teams and manage contracts, costs and delivery against the programme and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve commercial and operational outcomes.
