Job summary

Time Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for FF&E and interior fit-out projects in the UK, based in Mansfield with regular site visits. You will deliver FF&E and interior fit-out packages from planning through to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards across healthcare, education, student accommodation, residential and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years as a Project Manager in construction or fit-out, with experience

Qualifications

4+ years' experience as a Project Manager in construction or fit-out.
Experience delivering FF&E and interior fit-out packages.
Experience across healthcare, education, student accommodation, residential or commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of FF&E and interior fit-out packages on new build and refurbishment projects.
Oversee multiple projects, varying value and programme duration.
Develop and maintain project programmes and budgets.
Produce reports detailing progress, budgets, risks and milestones.
Lead project teams and coordinate internal departments.
Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
