Job description

FF&E & Construction Procurement Administrator

This role involves supporting procurement and logistics for hospitality design projects across multiple regions, including the UK, EU, Middle East, and US. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on high-profile projects, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing FF&E and construction orders, coordinating with suppliers, designers, finance, and site teams.
  • Managing logistics, shipping, customs, and compliance internationally.
  • Coordinating FF&E installation, snagging, and resolving delivery issues with contractors and the design team.
  • Maintaining procurement schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Assisting with project cash flow, payments, and account reconciliation.
  • Setting up and maintaining supplier documentation and certifications.
  • Managing procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in procurement, finance, or logistics, preferably in interior design, hospitality, or construction sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Docs, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of procurement processes.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and working independently or collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
