Lush in Chichester is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to a festive shopping experience.

You'll work 8 hours per week across 2 x 4 hour shifts, with weekend and Christmas period availability, and training starts early November leading to a 31/12/26 end date.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and busy seasonal periods.
• Willingness to learn product demonstrations and provide samples.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a fun, engaging shopping experience.
• Provide personalised recommendations based on product knowledge.
• Demonstrate products and hand out samples during shifts.
• Assist with stock, displays and seasonal merchandising.
• Support store goals and deliver excellent service with a smile.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain shop integrity.
• Participate in training and team events during the season.
