Job summary

Boots is looking for a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers choose gifts and take advantage of offers during the festive period. You’ll be the friendly face, delivering helpful, personal service and supporting stock, deliveries and store presentation.

This temporary role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities to move between store areas and work closely with your team to ensure a great customer experience during one of the busiest seasons.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
• Customer-focused - enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player - supports others and cares about team success.
• Operations ready - comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
