Fancy being part of the team behind the festive buzz at Seven Dials Market? We're looking for seasonal team members to join us for our busiest and most vibrant time of the year.
Whether you're looking to gain hospitality experience, pick up new skills, or simply earn some extra money over the festive season, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and experience life at one of London's most exciting food and drink destinations. You'll primarily be based at Seven Dials Market, but may also have the chance to support our KERB Sports Bar team during peak trading periods and events, giving you exposure to different sides of the KERB business.
We're looking for team members who can join us for 2 months from Monday 2nd November and bring great energy throughout the festive season.
As Bar Support at Seven Dials Market by KERB, reporting to the Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality by supporting an awesome and high-performing bar team, serving a diverse selection of drinks from independent brewers and businesses. The primary responsibilities of this role will include assisting with bar opening and closing procedures and performing various behind-the-bar tasks, such as restocking the bar and preparing garnishes. Ultimately, you'll be critical to ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience through ‘Exceptional Hospitality’.
Whilst a background in the street food scene and experience in high-volume bars or hospitality is highly desirable, the most important qualities you bring to the role are a positive/flexible attitude and excellent communication skills.
As part of our values, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity at KERB. We actively celebrate our teams’ different abilities, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, faith, and gender. Everyone, from any background, is welcome and supported in their development at all stages in their journey with us. Applicants are encouraged to share with our People Team any accommodations or reasonable adjustments required during the recruitment process.
