Job summary

Merlin’s London Madame Tussauds is seeking enthusiastic Retail Hosts for the Christmas and New Year period. You’ll welcome guests, promote merchandise, and gently upsell to enhance the guest experience while keeping queues moving and stock replenished.

Shifts are typically 8am–6:30pm, minimum 10 hours per week, for six-month contracts with potential extensions. Availability during the holiday period is essential, including school holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
