Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited in Sevenoaks is hiring a Seasonal Team Member to help deliver a warm, friendly customer experience during the Christmas period. You will work in-store with flexible weekend shifts and an 8-hour minimum contract.

You will build product knowledge, communicate clearly with teammates, and take ownership of tasks while upholding store standards and safety procedures. Training is provided and opportunities to support other OB stores.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak festive periods.
• Able to maintain composure and provide solutions in busy retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Develop an excellent product knowledge.
• Maintain strong communication with the team.
• Participate in training and contribute positively to sessions.
• Own tasks and set a good example for the team.
• Adhere to stock, health and safety procedures and stock takes.
• Keep store and stockroom areas clean and orderly.
• Support other OB stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance.
