Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited in Banbury is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support our busy Christmas period, delivering a fantastic customer experience across the store. You will be approachable, resourceful and enjoy helping customers while keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently.

This 8-hour minimum contract may increase with store needs and overtime, with availability including weekends and the lead-up to Christmas and into January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer, meeting service expectations.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in training and contribute to team sessions.
• Own tasks and set a positive example for others.
• Adhere to stock deliveries, health and safety standards, and stock takes.
• Keep store areas tidy and stocked, including back of house.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance metrics.
• Know store best-sellers to support sales growth.
