Job summary

TFP Nurture Fertility in Nottingham is seeking a UK Laboratory Administrator to support transport of gametes and embryos, manage storage fee processes, and ensure consents are handled with care. The role emphasizes compliance with SOPs and the HFEA Code of Practice.

You will guide patients through complex decisions with clear, compassionate communication, manage records, and coordinate with clinics, couriers and laboratories in a busy, sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• College-level education and healthcare admin experience.
• Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample imports/exports and maintain transport records.
• Manage storage fees, consent expiry, notices and documentation.
• Follow SOPs, regulatory requirements and support audits.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients.
