Job summary

TFP GCRM Fertility - Glasgow is seeking a part-time Health Care Assistant to support the fertility clinic team. You will work with nurses to guide patients through investigations and treatments, while handling administrative tasks and ensuring accurate documentation.

This role requires IT literacy, strong communication, and an interest in Women’s Health. Phlebotomy skills are desirable, and weekend work is rotated. Located in Glasgow, with competitive salary and pension provisions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant.
• IT literate and comfortable with digital systems.
• Interest in Women’s Health and patient-focused care.
• Good communication skills with patients and colleagues.
• Phlebotomy skills desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to patients under supervision of specialist nurses.
• Assist with investigations and participate in events following treatments.
• Support nursing team with clinical, theatre and recovery tasks.
• Book patients for treatment and generate treatment plans.
• Complete patient documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
