Job summary

CRGH is seeking a motivated Health Care Assistant to support patients undergoing fertility treatments. You will perform phlebotomy, assist clinicians, and manage both clinical and non-clinical tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable patient journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year phlebotomy experience.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and patient care focus.
• Experience in fertility care or women's health.
• Experience in healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy with proper labelling and logging.
• Act as chaperone during procedures and support patients.
• Assist clinicians during Embryo Transfer and ultrasound scanning.
• Manage data entry and update ultrasound measurements.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and decontaminate probes between scans.
• Keep clinical areas clean, stocked, and compliant with waste procedures.
• Assist with IDEAS patient portal documentation and consent processes.
• Provide patient reassurance and information during treatment.
