About the Role

We are seeking motivated Fencing Labourers/Landscape Labourers to assist with the installation of fences, gates, retaining walls, and other landscape features. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and willing to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of timber and wire fencing
• Prepare and level ground surfaces for landscaping and fencing
• Operate basic tools and equipment (post hole diggers, augers, saws, etc.)
• Load and unload materials at job sites
• Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Perform general landscaping duties when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in fencing, landscaping, or construction (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Current full Class 1 driver's license and reliable transport (essential)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
