Job summary
Voyage Care is seeking a genuine and caring Waking Night Support Worker for Burnham on Sea to support residents with bedtime routines and personal care during night hours. You will work within a dynamic team, performing regular checks and light domestic duties to help people grow in independence.

Qualifications
- We are seeking someone with the right experience and values to support individuals.
- Caregivers should be resilient, flexible and composed in approach.
- Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice is valued.
- Experience supporting individuals with distress, mental health conditions, autism, or trauma is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bedtime routines and personal care during night shifts.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the night and ensure safety.
- Perform light domestic duties as needed between checks.
- Help residents gain independence and confidence in daily activities.
