Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking compassionate Female Support Workers to join our team in Keynsham (BS31). You will support around 10 adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities in a vibrant supported living home.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and group activities, personal care and helping residents achieve personal goals. We value patience, consistency and strong teamwork. Training is provided; an enhanced DBS is paid for by us.

• Assist with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and mobility support.
• Support residents to develop independence, confidence and participate in activities.

Job description

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to join our team in Keynsham (BS31), supporting 10 adults aged 20s-60s with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities. This is a vibrant supported living home where you'll provide a mix of 1:1 and shared support, helping people build confidence, develop independence and enjoy meaningful experiences.

• Voluntary work and structured routines
• Making choices about their homes and lifestyles
• Support includes personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, mobility support, various activities and helping people achieve their personal goals. Many individuals have communication needs and benefit from patient, consistent and personalised support. Families are actively involved in the home, making positive relationship-building an important part of the role.

• 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Long day + sleep-in: 10:00am - 10:30am (following day)
• Sleep-in: 11:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
