Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking compassionate Female Support Workers to join our team in Keynsham (BS31). You will support around 10 adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities in a vibrant supported living home.
Responsibilities include 1:1 and group activities, personal care and helping residents achieve personal goals. We value patience, consistency and strong teamwork. Training is provided; an enhanced DBS is paid for by us.
We're looking for compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to join our team in Keynsham (BS31), supporting 10 adults aged 20s-60s with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities. This is a vibrant supported living home where you'll provide a mix of 1:1 and shared support, helping people build confidence, develop independence and enjoy meaningful experiences.
Experience is beneficial but not essential - we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
