Affinity Trust is seeking night care support workers in Loughborough (LE11). You will provide in-home assistance overnight, helping individuals sleep, stay safe, and engage in activities you both enjoy. Training is provided and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care may be pursued.
Role includes DBS check paid by the employer; sponsorship is not available. Expect progression through the role with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care.
Location: Loughborough (LE11)
Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour (Rising from £13.00 from 26th October 2026)
Hours per week: 4 Nights per week Shift Pattern: 9:30pm - 7:15am
Training Provided: Full training provided and an opportunity to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
