Job summary

Avenues Group in West Malling is seeking a compassionate Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. This part-time role is 18 hours per week, 10pm–7am, supporting seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential. You’ll provide reassurance, promote wellbeing and maintain safety through the night, making a real difference to the people we support and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Ability to work night shifts (10pm–7am).
• Full UK driving licence (manual) essential.
