Thera South West is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our inclusive team in the Torbay area. The role offers a permanent contract with full-time, part-time or relief hours and a monthly salary through an hourly rate of £13.30.
Training is provided, and a driver is essential to enable community access. You will support adults with learning disabilities and possibly physical disabilities, helping them achieve personal goals with person-centred care.
