Thera Group in Torbay is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their own goals and ambitions. The role offers variety across home and community settings.

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.
